r. Edmonds is a terrific doctor. He is very friendly and he knows what he's doing. The only problem with seeing Dr. Edmonds is having to deal with a rude staff member named Debra. She is very inconsiderate and should not be working with the public. Its a sham that such a great doctor is losing most of his patients due to this woman's lack of professionalism. So if you want to deal with Debra and her rudeness then I say go for it.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful and refused to see me because it took me two months more to pay off my bill. My bill was completely paid off. Also I just got new insurance and haven't received the card yet. One lady I talked to said they could file with my insurance company as long as they had the policy number. Then a lady named Debby got on the phone. She refused to see me because I didn't have my insurance card. I asked her if she could file with just the policy number and she said yes we can but we don't have to see anyone who we don't want to see. I told her I was in a lot of pain from kidney stones. She was very rude to me and she still wouldn't make me an appointment. Her only reason was because it took me a little bit longer to pay off my bill which was by two months. I feel as a patient I should not have been treated this way. I was in extreme pain and she dididn't seem to care one bit. Dr Edmund's is an excellent doctor but he needs new staff ASAP!

I am primary caregiver for my elderly dad, who has dementia and cannot speak for himself. Dr. Edmunds and his staff were kind and compassionate towards my father was in great pain. Dr. Edmunds displayed exemplary prof, and treatment of the problem. I highly recommend this doctor.

He's very friendly and helps make the process bearable considering the circumstances. He asks lots of questions and truly cares about how you're feeling. He is very sincere about follow ups and ensuring your well-being.
