I went for my job physical so he is not my regular doctor. I'm 30 and in great health so I was surprised at how much time he spent checking my "heart". I was super creeped out and I don't know why I had to take my bra off for it and why he uncovered my boob to check my heart for so long but I will never go to him again because I kinda think all of his uncovering and touching and checking my pulse for ten minutes while he pulled and kept the paper gown away from me and was dirty old man-like and totally unnecessary. I will never recommend or go to him again because I felt disgusting after a regular physical

I was a patient of Dr. Zitomer's. Or rather I tried to be. I have never had an experience quite like the one I had with him. I made an appointment for an annual as a new patient on the recommendation of two family members, no less! It so happens that that month I had had an hpylori stomach infection and my GI doctor prescribed, which is usual, a course of penicillin. Neither one of us knew I was allergic. I had an allergic reaction to the pencillin, a top to toe rash, but kept my check-up with Dr. Zitomer. I thought this was actually good timing as he could help with/treat the allergic rash. Instead, he treated me like an absolute pariah and after about three minutes in his office told me I should come back when I was well!! He was abrupt, gruff and, needless to say, totally uncaring. What a doctor; awful experience. I guess you can only see this guy when you're totally well!
