Both of my children have seen Dr.Katalinas for 11+ years.I always valued her opinions and felt that she was an amazing doctor. However for all 11+ years I have never appreciated her office staff. My son needed a triplicate prescription for a few years and it took them forever to get them ready for me. They were rude to me on several occasions regarding refills. I have had charges for things like filling out a questionnaire on a tablet, that they asked me to fill it out instead of asking me the questions. Then I receive a bill that my insurance won't cover an electronic diagnosis. It was$100. Just had to call twice for my pharmacy because the office did not answer their requested refill attempt. It still took the days.I'm finally over the loyalty and found a new pediatrician. Amazingly the office staff treated me like a family friend and the doctor was fantastic. I will miss Dr. Katalinas and am sad that she will not see my children growing up.

Great office. People are friendly and always willing to help and available on saturday.Dr K and her other Dr.s are great.

I had to change physicians when I moved to Round Rock and am very happy that I found Dr. Katalenas's practice. She is a wonderful physician and the staff are great. It is such a pleasure to be greeted by name each time I go there even though my son is a relatively new patient and they have Saturday hours that have kept us out of the Emergency room a couple of times. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends

Agree with other reviews on length of wait times, however I've always been able to get my daughter in. We've been patients for 10 years and have never had any problems with staff. Like most MDs, I think Marta is too quick to prescribe medications without discussing alternatives and possible side affects.

I love Dr. Katalenas. She has been our physician for 12 years, and all three kids love her. Her office staff is pretty bad, though. The billing department makes errors, and tells you things are laws when they aren't. They also lost my daughter's medical chart when she was six. I was very upset about that, but they didn't seem to care. I really would leave if it weren't for Dr. Katalenas. At this point, the doctor is more important than the other things, so we are putting up with it. I do wish she'd do something about her staff, though.

I love Dr. Katalenas. My 3.5 year old has gone to her since he was born and so does my 10 month old. She is so thorough and sweet. She always spends alot f time with my children. Takes the time to have conversations with my son. She is the only doctor who I have ever been to who has told me that I'm doing a great job as a parent. It's so nice to hear that since you never hear that anywhere else. She is always very concerned about my children and gets them in right away for blood work or xrays if they need it. She always schedules followup appointments for them right away too. And even if I see her passing by in the office for something (sick visit seeing another doctor etc) She remembers whatever she saw us for last and asks how we are. She really is so sweet. I reccomend her 100%

The office staff lost my child's medical record. I contacted the doctor to resolve the situation. She didn't even seem bothered by it and made no effort to find it. Based on my experience (several visits throught the year) the doctor and her staff are careless and have horrible bed side manner.
