I would definitely steer clear of this one. She rushes through her appointments so fast it doesn't give you time to discuss any problems. I always feel like I am interrupting her day. This is not a doctor that will take her time to listen to your issues and answer questions about treatment options. Forget having more than one problem at a time, you will have to make another appointment for that. I don't know why I stayed for 15 years!

I went to Dr. Robinson's office with a terrible ear infection, and was denied care. I was told I had to make an appointment for the next day and that I should go to Walgreens or an Urgent Care clinic. Is this how you treat someone after 15 years of business? This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last 3 years. I will be looking for another internist.

Dr. Robinson returns calls promptly. I have known her for more than 20 years and never had a reason to complain.

Dr. Robinson has been my physician for 21 years. I have nothing but good things to say about her care. Every time I have called her, she has never failed to return my call the same day. Her staff is excellent, friendly and efficient. Dr. Robinson was the only doctor out of three to get the diagnosis correct for our adult daughter. I have recommended Dr. Robinson to several friends. One of those, who recently started seeing her, told me she thought Dr. Robinson was "awesome". I have always appreciated the fact that Dr. Robinson seems more available than a lot of other doctors I have seen over the years.

This doctor is terrible, and I have thought often about confronting her. She doesn't "believe" in prescribing medications for mental health conditions. It took me years to work up the nerve to go in and ask for help. She also didn't advise that I see anyone else in regards to this matter. She is irresponsible. Additionally, she did not follow up after surgery and her lack of involvement sent me to another doctor. I have since found a caring doctor who does what she should. I have steered MANY people away from Robinson. She is terrible.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for several years. She is matter-of-fact, not all touchy feely, which I actually like a lot. I feel she trusts my intelligence, is up front with me, provides the information I need to make choices, and always answers all phone calls and questions promptly and thoroughly. Her staff is friendly and efficient. When I need specialty care, her office arranges it and provides follow up. I would definite recommend her. I really like that I am never kept waiting as in so many other doctors offices. She doesn't double and triple book like so many doctors and she gives you the time you need to have a complete exam and get answers to your questions.

I went to her with heart palpiations and dizziness. I even told her heart problems run in my family. She blew me off and told me I had "anxiety". I couldn't even get her to do any tests on me. About a year later I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with a serious heart problem. If I had continued to go without treatment I could have died.
