Saw her for a consultation as her associate was away. Was nervous due to my lack of history with plastic surgery and was anxious. Karsen refused to do my surgery due to my pre-surgery anxiety so her colleague and mentor ended up doing it, with great results. Karsen should do pathology or any specialty that doesn't have her interact with live patients.

Honest - not particularly warm but competent and generally kind and caring. She's left the country now for a while but her replacement to my shock and delight is even more of an artist than she was!
