Terrible, arrogant, rude bedside manner. Looks through you, and talks at you. No warmth, compassion or sensitivity. Couldn't wait for the changeover so I wouldn't have to see him again in icu . Worst experience. So cold and pompous. So disappointing. Nothing good to say about this person.

Very poor bedside manner. We requested a second opinion solely because we could not stand being talked down to. Dr. Mehta was also very rude. (ICU at Health Sciences North)

This Doctor was one of the most caring and compassionate Doctors I have ever met. He and his wife Joy took an interest in the whole area of my husbands illness and told us the truth every time. He care not only about his patients but there families also. He was a blessing to me during my husbands 2 years on Dialysis. His caring was a handson caring and I feel bad I have not sent him a letter thanking him for all the comfort he gave me. My husband died almost 7 years ago and I miss him every day. but the care he got from Dr. Mehta helps in dealing with his death.Jackie Deveau

Dr. Mehta treated my father. He was wonderful and went out of his way to see him, even making a house call. He was knowledgable and kind and my father believed he was the best doctor he had ever visited...and he visited a lot of them. His dedication to patients and medicine is unbelievable.

I had Nav as a nephrologist for 5years. His value as a physician is incalculable. If it were not for him, I would not be alive today. He should be the head of the nephrology dept. at the Laurentian hosp. His secretary is helpful and an absolute sweetheart. The two of them make having kidney disease a joy.

Dr Mehta is my nephrologist. He shows genuine concern and is straight forward. I have never had a visit yet where he has not been very personable and friendly. I am of the opinion that he is very knowledgeable and as I am still somewhat young I hope Dr Mehta stays in Sudbury for a long time. On another note his secretary is also very friendly. All in all a great doctor and i am thankful in these times of doctor shortages of having him as my nephrologist.

Dr Mehta is a wonderful, caring, warm doctor. He talks to his patients in terms that they can understand & explains everything in detail so that you know exactly what is going on with your body. As far as my family is concerned, he is the best nephrologist anyone can ask for. He & his support team work in synch to assure the best care possible for their patients. His secretary is a sweetheart. Both Dr Mehta & his secretary have a great sense of humour (as well as the rest of staff). They immediately make you feel at ease & you know that your health is in the best of hands available. He is full of care & compassion & I thank God for him everyday.
