few psychiatrists left like him. 'a gem'. he diagnosed several friends and family and never gave up to make sure they recovered. hard to get in to see him, but once you are in, consider yourself lucky. passion and empathy are worth his being late. he is with u 120%. God-sent! one of the greatest guys to show docs how to treat patients, families and students. God Bless this special man

Dr. Zajeka is good, but after an initail consultation you only see his physcians assitant. He did not return a call from my therapist. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Zajecka is a great doctor. If you need a lot of hand holding and need to be constantly in touch with your doctor, then he might not be right for you. But if you have spent a lot of time battling mental illness, he is the guy to have in your corner. And although he is not always immediately available, he clearly is concerned about every one of his patients. I think this is hard to find in a doctor. You may want to consider seeing him for just the medication and then seeing someone else for the therapy.

Quick to prescribe lots of medication very difficult to reach extremely smart but not great with follow up.A very busy practice.

He is personable, magnetic, and passionate - he is the best psychiatrist, period. He is so thorough. He listens. He is genuinely concerned and really cares about his patients and he has a very good sense of humor.
