EXTRAORDINARY! HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! Staff was friendly, professional and pleasant; short waiting time on my both appointments a week apart (I was actually surprised); dr. Patel was the 4th doctor I was seeing (after 2 physicians and one dermatologist) that gave me the right diagnosis and treatment (the first dermatologist, dr Yeabrough's office was treating me for a completely different skin condition); dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, inspired confidence and certainty. My skin condition visibly improved on the second day and I couldn't believe my eyes on the third day; after exactly a week I reduced my treatment to half a dosage and removed the bandages, which I had to wear to conceal the wound. I had my skin condition for 3 months and a half, 2 doctors gave me the wrong medication which made the wound look worse and even spread out. Would definitely recommend dr. Patel to anyone. Ultimately you wanna see quick results and relief.

Long wait time. Staff seems unfriendly and stressed. Came in on a Friday, his nurse, Kathy seemed unsure of everything and lacked professional demeanor. Check out area, employees were complaining about the management. Overall bad experience

skin cancer check:Dr. Patel found a "suspect" lesion. He took the time to explain biopsy procedure to me and took into consideration my feelings and anxiety.Very pleased with 1st impression of him.His staff,on the other hand would benefit from etiquette lessons! After biopsy, assistant(and Dr.)left saying assist would be back to check on me.Figured I didn't need to be naked any longer, got I got dressed. Apparently,I wasnt supposed to.Assist returns only to stare me down, roll eyes, close door and loudly announce to others "Is it that hard to follow directions?" Guess I missed something. Different Assist.returned to give wound care instruct."Check out lady" must have had bad day: "that will be $_ copay." Woman of few words.Went back in to have cancer removed.this assist.not 2 warm&fuzzy either."checkout lady" had another bad day.No smile, just that will be $_copay" no hello, no goodbye, no thank you.I hear Ritz Carlton has a great Etiquette class. Might be worth looking into.

This doctor was very uncommunicative and unfriendly (a dead fish has more personality). Thoughout my appointment there were numerous interruptions by other staff needing things done/signed for other patients (you would have thought he was an ER doctor)to the point that I almost asked if he needed to reschedule. He ultimately forgot to give me my Rx and the sheet for my lab tests, requiring me to return to get these at a later date. I voiced a complaint and was so mistreated at the follow up that I will not return. There are numerous dermatologists; who the heck needs this baloney?

Dr.Patel is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor and did a marvelous job. Dr.Patel answered my questions and discussed thoroughly any future problems pertaining to skin lesions. It was a pleasure to find a doctor in Arizona with a personality that actually speaks to his patients.
