Office staff is a bit uncaring and exhibit a rigid, methodical approach to dealing with the patients versus being warm & caring. Doctor concentrates on bloodwork to design the patient's healthcare program. His approach is methodical as well, but his bedside manner is more caring. He strives to give the patient the best possible care and to design a regimen for the patient that is proactive for maintaining good health.

He's been my doctor for 15 years as of this writing. His diagnostic skills are excellent, and he knows all the good specialists in town when he has to refer you out to someone else. But even when he refers you out to someone else, he insists on getting a copy of the other doctors work for his records. He also has a great bedside manner. He cares about his patients.
