I'm a critical care nurse. If all doctors were the same as Dr. McPherson Nevada wouldn't have the worst nursing shortage in the United States. He makes everyone around him feel at ease and while he treats nurses well, he treats his patients even better. This guy is a rare find. Change your health plan to include him. I'd fake a cough just to spend some time talking to him./j
