staff very poor at answering questions, may be because they are mostly poorly training medical assistants, nurse and doctor not much better. treat you badly if you do not have insurance like you are a loser or something.

They are fast helpful And they are always smiling and are always professional. They are great at working with people with financial assistance. They understand and they put patient care first

The staff is horrible. Dr. Caplin does not like to spend any time with patients. Your better off seeing a PA and even like that your wait time is nuts! I would not recommend this office to anybody! If you are suffering from allergies find some one who is certified! This doctor is not board certified and most of his staff has never worked as a medical assistant. Hope all this information helps.

many years ago i had a cough i couldnt get rid of i went to all kinds of doctors and no one could find out what was wrong with me. a friend of mine told me i might have allergys and i should see a dr for that i went to Dr james Caplin and had all my test done. i had all kinds of allergys i never knew about. he put me on shots and before i knew it my coughing went away. I made the mistake of sometimes not taking my shots like i was suppose to and now i have a cough again and went back to the dr last week and told me to start taking my shots 3 times a week. I live on farm land in a small town and i will make sure this time i do what i am told so this will never happend again. i am not fighting a bad cough like before,. but i trust my dr alot and i know i will get better like before. DR Caplin is a really nice DR and i trust him alot. he has even helped my daughter when i have taken her there. i would just like to thank him again God bless you Cindy Sliva
