Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Hyvonen has been our doctor for 20 years. The staff seems to get worse and worse by the month, and after 20 years, I don't believe she knows who I am medically. Regarding the office staff; they are horrible. Last week I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr. and it wasn't "just a busy day" like they have claimed the last 10 times I sat there. Most importantly, the day when my wife needed them the absolute most, the day before our daughters wedding, they would not fit her in for a 15 minute check. This after 20 years of being patients. Time to get a new doctor.
