His PA is really unpleasant to work with. You sit in the office for hours while they fill out computer forms. I had to drag info ie exercise out of her. She was never kind. Her nurse thought she had me when I told her my pain was on the left side. She told me that the injury was on the right. I knew that, and if I was lying, I would have said the pain was on the right. They billed me twice: I paid, not knowing that my new card was a debit, not a credit card (all this was after the BIG CA fire-chaotic time). Instead of contacting me to make it right, they wrote a letter to the doctor I was seeing then. The letter was based wholly on insulting assumptions about me. No truth to it. For example, I was mostly bedridden. She wanted me to make 4 5-6 hour trips in one month to see a lot of specialists. My clutch was going out. She wanted 5 yrs of records from another doctor. He doesn't follow through. I couldn't get them. I decided to try one year at a time. I got one. Gave up

They totally have fixed me and as a rule every single person who works here is absolutely wonderful ... sweet and caring and just way up and beyond! Only concern I have is about the cost, because they haven't billed me and so I am very worried. But for me the spinal injections have totally worked and I just want to hug every one of them! Hugs, Dr. Reinhart!!!!! And Marianne!!!! And everyone else as well!!!!

My experience in Dr. Reinhart's office was pleasant the moment I came in. His staff is very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Reinhart explained my condition to me and answered all my questions regarding different treatments to help my back pain. I am now back to golfing 2-3 days per week! I would recommend his office to family members.

I was given one spinal injection after another like I was an assembly line. Every visit was geared toward a spinal injection without any regard to whether you needed them or not. When they did work there was nothing else they could offer. The spinal injections keep the money rolling in.
