The front staff were very courteous and professional. I only waited a few minutes before the doctor came in. He reviewed my history in detail and ordered tests that found out the cause of my cough. The treatment worked and for the first time in 5 months the cough went away. . I am very grateful to Dr. Berger for helping me and I would highly recommend to anybody who has allergies or asthma.

I had a great experience with my visit to Dr. William Berger. Everyone in the office was very nice. I had a very short wait time. Didn't even have time to get a magazine. Today was my second visit. I was suffering from swelling of the face and lips. It was horrible and painful. On my first visit Dr Berger was able to give me a plan using over the counter medications and it worked! Never had another problem. This was 2 weeks ago. Today was the follow up visit. He is a great doctor that will listen carefully to what you are saying. He really cares. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

I know 5 others who have had the exact same experience with this extremely arrogant jerk. Will not address the issues you go in there for even though you state it upfront. All he cares about is making money off of running the exact same allergy tests. Even when you bring in the results of test taken by another doctor, he will run them again just to make money. Waste of time and money, and very unprofessional. Stay away from this jerk who should have retired a long time ago. He doesn't care about his patients, only about the money.

I work for Dr. Berger and see him I know he can be to much but he is a good doctor who know what he talking about but don't tell him that he might take it to the head. I know in the past he would get busy and take a long time but that show you he cares. I find it that you either Like him a lot or just hate him.

During my visit I felt that I was treated poorly.I would probably not recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a complete waste of time and money.Overall I would rate this visit : AWFUL!
