My son had surgery and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and very caring. Fantastic bedside manners.

DR. Karaikovic is a very good and knowledgable doctor. I couldn't of had a better experience anywhere else. He visits you almost everyday after surgery.

Did recommend fusion but I have a degenerated disc, spinal compression and spondylolisthesis due to a fracture. I felt he was VERY thorough, showed and explained the actual MRI, and talked candidly about surgical recovery

Dr. Karaikovic recommended I have a spinal fusion when diagnostic testing of my spine showed no structural issues at all. I don't think that surgeons should just throw around the word "fusion."

Dr. is friendly, professional and I felt complete confidence in his ability as a surgeon, however, in my opinion the Dr. is very "hands off", delegating everything including communication to the patient to his physician's assistant or the nurses.
