The wait time for my appointment was awful. The doctor did not seem very compassionate. He seemed matter of fact, cold...I was to be scheduled for a test. Twice I tried to schedule the appointment. I requested a date and she said I will have to get with my office manager. No return phone call until a month later. Again, I requested a date and again she said she would call back and again no call. I have given up. I just happened to get a call recently to schedule and I told her thanks but no thanks, I will find another doctor. I wonder if this doctor realizes the awful office staff he has.

Dr. Bilik seemed knowledgeable and professional, but his office staff and billing department are HORRIBLE! Long story short they sent my test to the wrong lab, billed me incorrectly, and then after multiple calls they said they corrected it. However, a year later I found out the bill was not corrected and instead it was sent to collections! I only saw Dr. Bilik one time. He completed a urine test. I was shocked to receive a bill from Aurora Diagnostic for $226. I have great insurance coverage and have never received a bill this high for any of my tests. According to my insurance company, this office sent my test to Quest and Aurora Diagnostics which they did not understand the purpose of. I immediately called Dr. Bilik’s office when I received the bill. They said that Aurora Diagnostics was not supposed to directly bill patients. They were going to email Aurora’s administrators and it should be rectified in 2-3 weeks. I continually called for weeks and was often told they would call me back, unfortunately they rarely did. After spending multiple hours trying to rectify this situation, Christine from billing finally called me and said the bill had been fixed and I did not owe anything. I thought this issue was resolved, but then I received a bill from a collections agency over a year later for this test. I’m not sure what they did or what they failed to do, but I am FURIOUS! This is so unprofessional and the entire situation seems almost like a scam. This office’s billing department is incompetent and the doctors should review and revise these areas of concern before their practice suffers.

Recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. Dr Bilik was referred by primary care Dr. I was totally shocked with diagnosis, Dr Bilik was so compassionate and explained ever step of my treatment plan. He was totally reachable for questions, before and after surgery. Like most newly diagnosed patients and being a nurse I was very apprehensive and frightened. Dr Bilik and his staff could not of been more compassionate and kind during this very difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend Dr Bilik and his staff. I tell everyone that will listen!

Horrible treatment with no appropriate instructions. When I called their "emergency line" it wasn't until 6pm, (the end of the day) that the nurse called back. Also very late for all appointments with waiting time over 30 minutes first thing in the morning

Not having seen Dr. Bilik for more than three year's, I called and the first person stated I was no longer in the system and routed me to "new patient." This person did, in fact, find me in the system and scheduled me to see the Dr. with a week and a half. I must say, as I remember, the staff are efficient to their capabilities and Dr. Bilik alway seemed to be caring and took the time with me to answer any question's I had. When I did have an appointment, I know that I did not have to wait that long to be seen. Did not rate "knowledge" as I'm not one to evaluate whether his is or is not but had to put something. The one star by no means states he is not good :-)

The nurse does not return calls. I thought it was just me, but reading the other comments I see that it is a chronic problem. Dr. Bilik is fine and caring but his office manager needs to kick some butt.

Although Dr. Bilik is a great person and doctor, having anyone return your call is impossible. Scheduled for biopsy, not told, called and called with no return call. Wrote a letter and finally the nurse called back and wondered what was wrong. I told her in detail, she said to email the letter to her with all my complaints and she would take care of telling Dr. Bilik. NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL AFTER THAT. It has been almost seven months. Did the doctor even get my letter? Do they even care? Just another number, I guess.

Dr. Bilik is amazing! They are the most efficient Doctors office and the staff is wonderful! Dr Bilik has to be the most compassionate, kind, and detailed Doctors I have ever met! He takes his time and genuinely cares about each and every patient. He did a procedure because of a kidney stone I had and I didn't feel a thing. I saw him again yesterday for my one year follow up and I left feeling well taken care of and had the most pleasant experience. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful doctor to anyone.

Dr Bilik is a very concerned Dr who exlains everything very well. He is also a very good listener. He is not rushed. I highly recommend him
