Dr. Murali is the best doctor I have ever had by far. She takes time to listen and is very thorough with her documentation. She is not opposed to taking suggestions from the patient and always follow through with what she says. Also most importantly, does not push drugs..is very conservative. The office staff is friendly and competent. Nursing will always return calls in a timely fashion. Never a long wait in the office. Highly recommend.

Not only is Dr. Murali a compassionate person, but she is understanding of the whole body and spirit. She is open to holistic healing and well being. If she does not have an answer, she will find it and call you back herself. She is always prepared for my appts, and has reviewed my chart.

I fell ill and scheduled an appointment. I described my symptoms which she dutifully recorded on her laptop. She prescribed nose drops and told me to make another appointment in three weeks if I didn't feel better. No blood work or other test was performed. I called approx. two weeks later and was told I could see a nurse practitioner. I went to Lahey in Burlington, Ma. and was admitted the same day and given two units of blood. The diagnosis. Stage four cancer.

Dr. Murali is first and foremost caring and kind. She seems up on the latest treatments and isn't afraid to go look something up or consult another doctor in the hallway or another specialty area in the building if she needs to. Shes listens to you and doesn't rush you. I'm an RN and am pretty picky--- I really love Dr. Murali.

She is thoughtful, smart, and just a great doctor. In fact, she's the best doctor I've ever had in my 49 years. I love that office, you never wait.

Some of the most neglectful care I have had. I had my thryoid removed and the doctor would not follow my functions till I constantly cokmplained to upper managment about her. I finallhy fired her.
