06-05-15 Just found out about his passing. I had been a patient of his since the 80's or 90's when he started at Illinois Masonic Medical Center on Diversey Ave in Chicago. You are truly missed. RIP

Dr. Bulava was the absolute best doctor that I ever had. I was a patient of his for about 8 years and just found out about his passing. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to you, never rushed you out the door and honestly cared. You will be greatly missed Dr. Bulava. You truly cared about your patients' well-being. Rest in Peace.

Dr. Bulava is the best physician I ever had, always treating with his heart, inteligence and humor.I hope his license will be reinstated very soon as we , patients misse him and his office staff greatly.Dr. Bulava, hang in there , better days will come and can barely wait to see you treating your loyal patients. My wife has epilepsy and had more severe seizure than she has ever had.Bulava saw her at Condell ER and left before I arrived and did not do anything. No blood work was done.No one in the ER that night,2AM.Would not wait for facts
