Worst so called doctor ever. Google's all diagnosis.... doesn't have a clue as to what it means to be a doctor. Pushes unnecessary meds for everything she googles. Absolutely no compassion or interest in her patients well being.

Worst experience of my life with a doctors office. I would give zero stars if I could and wish I had read the reviews before seeing her because clearly I am not the only one who Becky Campbell has mistreated. When she first walked into the room with me, I said "good morning" to her and smiled. She didn't even acknowledge that I said anything or give any kind of greeting whatsoever. Never saw her even crack a smile the entire visit. Becky Campbell has the WORST bedside manner of any healthcare "professional" I've ever been in contact with. She spoke over me the entire visit and only wanted to make assumptions about my medical history and wouldn't allow me to fully explain what was going on with me, even after I told her that her assumptions were incorrect. She had referred me to an ENT for a scope a month or so ago. The ENT told me at that visit that my throat was red and inflamed and prescribed medication for it.
Becky, while holding my chart in her hands says to me "the ENT says there was nothing wrong with your throat". I again told her that was incorrect and asked that she review my history because she clearly didn't care to listen to me when I initiallytried to explain what was going on and had cut me off. This was even after I had my medication pill bottle sitting on the counter and she had already picked it up and looked at it and I had explained to her what it was for and it's clearly printed on the pill bottle that it was prescribed to me by the ENT she referred me to. After several minutes of her telling me there was nothing wrong, she finally decided to actually LOOK at my chart and says "oh, he did mention some inflammation ". She also scolded me for not answering my phone when her office had called me the previous day. I again explained to her that I'm not always able to answer my phone during the day because I'm working. I also reminded her (which she would have known if she had actually reviewed my chart and not just pretended she did) that I did return their call and spoke with the nurse about a half hour after I missed their call. The nurse had documented our discussion in my chart as well and Becky insinuated that I was making it up that I spoke with the nurse over the phone, until she FINALLY reviewed the nurse's notes and just said "Oh" lol. I was in tears walking out of the exam room to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was clearly uncomfortable with the situation as well and said "I'm so sorry, I feel so bad". Becky Campbell also changed my prescription without even discussing it with me or telling me how it was adjusted. She had absolutely zero interest in listening to or attempting to help me as a patient. She was rude and condescending with every comment she made to me and acted as if I was a burden to her to even be sitting in the same room and speaking to me. I also had to make 2 trips to her office to get blood drawn in the same week because she didn't ask if I was fasting the first time she drew blood which was unnecessary and inconvenient as well as an extra charge to myself as a patient for her oversight.

The rest of the staff (front office and others in the office I had contact with including the NP) were all very kind and what you would expect from a professional healthcare provider. I honestly feel sorry for Becky Campbell's staff having to deal with her hateful attitude and unprofessional attempt at healthcare to the public. If she is truly as miserable in her job as a "doctor" as she portrays to her patients, then maybe Becky should consider hanging it up and moving on out to pasture. There is no excuse for her hateful, rude and condescending demeanor. She's there to collect a check and run patients in and out like cattle with no true concern for their health or well being. Don't waste your time or money with this hateful old woman.

Staff at front desk very rude. Nurses very nice, polite, professional. Dr Campbell seems to be very distracted and confused with the laptop she carries around. She has mentioned several times she doesn't like using the laptop. My typical wait time is 30-45 minutes. During my last visit she actually engaged me in a rather heated argument concerning the staff, billing, and the fact I came in with two ailments (she claims I should have made two separate appointments). We are finding a new Doc.

The staff is not the easiest to work with. I usually have to interact with a rude person at the desk who doesn't know what to do, yet wants to rush you along. I have decided to stop going mainly because of the staff at the desk, but also because Dr. Campbell has become less attentive and she hasn't been able to give me the help I need on my last three visits. My husband noticed the same problems as well. Her recommendations have not been helpful and her diagnosis have not been accurate either. When I first started going to her I enjoyed her as a doctor (but still never liked the staff, not even in the beginning). I think she needs to pay more attention to the needs of her clients.

Dr.Campbell is the WORST! I saw her for over 2 years, and knowing i was struggling with bulimia for over 10 years, she suggested i "up my workouts from 1hr to 2hrs." She clearly knew NOTHING about eating disorders because everything she ever told me only made me feel worse, and dug me deeper into my disease. she has no compassion! i would not send ANYONE to her!
