I"ve mostly see the NP here at this office, which are great! My experience with Dr. Shroof on 4/26 was less than satisfactory! My appointment wasn't even with him but because they overbook, he stepped in to help.He rushed through the appointment, he didn't listen at all to my concerns, didn't adequately handled my concerns, spoke at me and not with me, then suggested one of my symptoms was because of an infection- this particular infections should've gotten more attention but he didn't do a thing. I shouldn't have been sent home without my blood pressure or blood work being done and probably sent to the hospital. Now, because I went on the patient portal to tell about my experience, they decided to no longer see me and didn't even address my concerns!!! Don't go to this office! His staff is wonderful in the front and so are nurses/tech.. The two doctor's I've seen there are judgmental, condescending, unprofessional and frankly a liability to your health! They even went as far as blocking me from patient portal so I couldn't obtain my records! I will be reporting this office to the BBB, and The State Medical Board!

OMG I could not believe all these praise's on here. Who did he pay off??? Worst Doctor !! I work at a nursing home and he had lots of patients there but has never stepped foot in the door. Uses NP to do all his work and on calls. Don't call him you will get an ear full. He's in it for the money, does not care about patients .

Have family member in nursing home. Have tried to contact doctor several times with no response. I work and cannot be at the home for when his NP shows up. Have asked them to call when visiting my family member and they refuse to do so. He may be a great doctor to the patients in his office but is not a great nursing home doctor.

I was extremely shocked to find a negative comment on here. Dr. Al-Sharoof is the BEST dr ever! He is very thorough and will seek answers until he finds the problem. I honestly think of him more as a friend than a dr.

Great doctor:) He is a great Doctor and his staff is helpful too. My family and I have been coming here for years. He takes the time to listen and cares for all of them. He is has huge heart. Most doctors just want your money and don't care about there patients, not him. He wants what is best for his patients and will do his best to help them.

Dr. Shroff is a wonderful doctor. It seems he actually cares as compared to many other doctors my family and I have visited. He takes time with his patients and asks questions because he is concerned about the health issue, not because he has to or because he is trying to "push medicine". He explains in full detail what is wrong and is happy to hear your questions or comments. The staff is an above average staff to me, you have people that have off days everywhere so thats why I rated them a 4. I am thankful that the good Lord helped my family and I to cross paths with this man.

Dr. Al-Shroof agreed to care for my dad when Dad's long-term doctor appeared to be largely uninterested in dad, and was willing to allow dad's health to spiral downward. Thanks be to this amazing man who has treated and continues to treat my dad today. My family joins me in thanking God for putting Dr. Al-Shroof in our lives and being the instrument of healing that he is. Dr. Al-Shroof treats our dad as if he were his own dad--what more could we ever hope for? Our 80+ year old dad has his life back in greater abundance than we ever thought he would. That is priceless!
