Dr.Patterson has been my doctor since I was a child and has always been very kind. Front office staff is very kind as well. They will always do their best to help anyone they can and you will feel just like family!

Does not listen and if you're there for script refills you better not have a problem because he says you have to make a separate appointment for that

Where do I begin! "misplaced medical file", viewed other medical files on a chair in the hallway for all to see, front desk girls rude and yell across the room for your check out, incorrect messages sent to dr patterson, and he will never call you. you must schedule a visit to be heard, even for a simple question on your already prescribed medication. no "bedside manors"
I went for many years and I am sorry that I wasted my time with such a mean office. by the way, if you need your blood drawn, good luck-that girl, she acts like she HATES her job, and you WILL BE AN INCONVENIENCE-even if the doctor sent you over to her on the spot for immediate blood work.

He is a joke, bed side manor is horrible. Staff is rude and the wait time is crazy. I will never go back there again

Put on hold for no less than fifteen minutes every time I call! Feel very rushed by Dr. Patterson. Had to wait for a referral to see specialist, never got a call back about referral and getting a hold of someone over the phone is a joke. Need lab work, the lab tech makes you feel like you are bothering her!

Staff is awful. Follow up is terrible, and a diagnosis takes way too long.

I have been Dr. Patterson's since. 2001. Sometimes he takes the time to listen to you and other times you feel rushed. Office staff has always been a joke and very rarely helpful.

I went in for a stiff shoulder and took all the tests that he ordered. He couldn't come up with a definite diagnosis and gave me a couple injections but after months of no improvement, I had to go to a specialist that pointed out what he missed and put me back on track. I haven't gone back to him since.

Dr. is nice, but his knowledge is limited. Had me on a ton of pills for no reason. 4 anti-depress/2 sleeping aids all at the same time. I was only 18 and had no clue about how to take medicine. Really messed me up!
