Dr. Swinehart and his office staff are very professional, courteous, and show a genuine concern about a patient's care. I highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Swinehart has been my Dermatologist for over thirty years. I drive from Visalia to Fresno for his services. This is a 110 mile round trip. This speaks volumes as to my appreciation for his care. He is extremely knowledgable, caring, helpful and one of the top surgeons around, in my opinion. he has done over fifteen cancer surgeries on me and several on my wife. These included squamous and basil cell carcinomas. We have full confidence in his abilities and judgement.

I find the two bad reviews not true. His staff if very friendly and helpful. The doctor takes the time to explain what he is doing and acts very professional. I have never had to wait over ten minutes for my app.

I don't understand these other two ratings; it's like they're talking about someone other than who took care of me. Dr. Swinehart was kindly and professional, and so was his staff. I found them all very personable.

Staff and doctor are very rude and unprofessional. Requested mole removal of pre-melanomas. Had 4 pre-melanomas removed at previous dermatologist which looked similar to current moles, which I mentioned to the doctor are changing. Doctor refused to remove moles and walked out of the room. Would strongly recommend a different dermatologist.

Argumentative staff reports to doc that first-time patient is argumentative re: pre-surgery photo of bandaged squamous cell location. Doc, without hearing patient's side of the story, accuses patient of being uncooperative and threatens to cancel in-office surgery while patient is being prepped! Patient is shocked but keeps quiet. After successful surgery, doc unilaterally dismisses patient by certified mail. Patient secures new doc immediately.
