Dr. Rubey is compassionate, caring and very knowledgable. He is patient and understanding. He took extra time to be sure he answered all of my questions. He has a great bed side manner and makes the patient feel well taken care of. He has great follow through and sees patients as quickly as possible. There is literally no waitin at this office. If you have a scheduled appointment you can be sure he will be seeing you at that time. What a wonderful caring skilled surgeon he is. You will be very pleased with his services. I highly recommend him.
