I don't agree with the above statements regarding Dr. Ganapathy. He is a very thorough doctor who works up a patients to determine all causes of their symptoms. He is very kind to all people regardless of race, culture or insurance carrier. The staff and doctors work well together and very family oriented. This is an ER and one can't expect express service.

Doctors at Hawaii Medical Center West are unprofessional and not a good place to go for an emergency. Avoid this hospital at all cost, not worth going to! Also Nurses on night shift on med surg floor are not good, they don't answer your call light on time and your IV machine will keep beeping for a longtime before they ever come in to fix it. Also its gross how the Nurses walk in from an isolation room with a face mask on and dirty gloves to come care for another patient in another room and not think they can spread other peoples diseases around. It goes to show the nurses in this hospital have to go back and learn handwashing so they don't spread disease amongst patients!

He's an emergency doctor at St. Francis West now know as Hawaii Medical Center West. He is a very DIRTY and STUDPID-IGNORANT doctor! If you get him at the ER room, ASK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR! He dont give a damn and he is dirty. He picks his nose and dont wash up! Youy suffer before he actually take you seriously. All Doctors there are unprofessional and ignoraqnt. You would mostly likely die before they give you the correct treatment aqnd the staff is just as bad as the ER doctors. I can see it reflects!
