Terrible Doctor! He said my 8yr old had a bunion and not to worry about it then nobody answered his office phone for months while my son got more ill. My son wound up admitted in London hospital with bone infection and permanent damage to his foot. We spent the summer there. His replacement doc is even less reliable. Disgusting

Dr. Kassas has cared for our three boys since birth. He is kind, knowledgeable and patient. We are sad to seem him go but can imagine how difficult it is to run a practice and work on call at the hospital in Ontario/Canada under challenging conditions. We wish him all the best.

The staff is wonderful but Dr. Kassas is not the best at explaining or reassuring the concerned parent. Very dismissive, very vague. He just tells you everything is fine and moves on without answering your concerns. The nurses are the reason we go back. Although lately it's been hard to get a hold of the office and their hours are sparce. Someone said he left the country, but then we saw him again for our next visit. This office needs to get organized or they will be losing patients. When the office is only open a couple times a week and you don't know who your doctor is it makes it hard to trust going there with your child. The only reason we started seeing him is because we were reffered from the NICU. Dissapointed mother.

Not professional, leaving office without informing patients is against the guidelines for doctors in Ontario. I know things happen but very apparent he doesn’t care about the children he was taking care of.

I went with kassas because our son was in the NICU. He always says our son is "perfect" and thats pretty much it. Kind of vague about everything. Pretty upset i was not even informed about his move. No voicemails on mine or my husbands phone so i guess they missed me. Not happy that i now have to pay for my sons files when they easily transfered via email zip files to another office. I wish him luck... thats all i can say. Disappointed.

I would like to say the way he left his office and patients were informed just by voicemail was pretty unprofessional
And also that the fact to get your charts for your child(ren) so you can go to another doctor will cost $20 per child as well very disheartening

Dr. Kassas has been an amazing dr to our two children. We first met Dr. Kassas in the Nicu for our son and have since had a daughter who was a preemie as well. In the 2 years that we have known him, we have always felt secure and comfortable that Dr. Kassas was doing the best for our children. Being the parents of two preemies naturally you tend to worry about EVERYTHING 😀 by Dr. Kassas and his staff have always reassured us that our children were doing great and that we were doing great too !! The girls, Katie and Lori are also wonderful. We have always been able to get an appointment when we needed one and we are always greeted by name with a friendly smile.

The staff is wonderful and you don't feel rushed. He fully supported breastfeeding and listened to all of my concerns throughout the years.
