I came to Dr. Horowitz in excruciating pain. I began to lose hope in ever walking straight again. Dr. Horowitz treated me with utmost care and professionalism. His vast knowledge of medicine together with his Stirling character makes him a great doctor. I was nervous when I needed an injection that needed to do in a surgery room, but I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Horowitz that I chose to have the injection done with only a local anesthetic. I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz!

He is a very good doctor. I am pain free. I was suffering from chronic back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. He gave me two epidurals in my back and now I am pain free.

I had lost all hope of feeling better! I was recommended to Dr. Horowitz 2 years ago and he literally changed my life. He was very knowledgable about my condition and did everything possible to help me. Dr Horowitz is patient, soft spoken, friendly and very respectful. Unlike many doctors I have seen, Dr. Horowitz listens. His staff is always so cheerful and always willing to help. I am very grateful to have Dr. Horowitz as my doctor.

Dr Horowitz was courteous and attentive from the moment he entered the room. He made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. Dr Horowitz is an excellent Physician and I would highly recommend him.

Very good doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz. I was afraid to have an injection in my back at first but Dr. Horowitz assured me that it was not going to be painful or in my spine. Once I had the injection, I was truly amazed how painless the procedure was. I am due to have my second injection soon and I'm no longer afraid.

Dr. Horowitz is great. He made me feel very comfortable and I was in and out of the office within an hour. Overall I had an amazing experience with Dr. Horowitz, I suffered with sciatica for years, Dr. H suggested a Lumbar Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection. I had the procedure and have been sciatica pain free since July.
