Growing up in the British system in the 60's I have huge issues with dentists. If I could rate him, and his office staff higher than 5 I would gladly do it. I can't think of a negative. Friendly, gentle, explains the process, takes time, just makes going to the dentist an excellent experience. I wouldn't say I look forward to going, but I certianly don't mind. Plus you can lie back and watch TV for the duration of the appointment. Just a great great guy and staff.

Dr. Shem-Tov and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasure. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcome, from the friendly greeting from staff who take the time to know my name, to the relaxed decor and atmosphere. And Dr. Shem-Tov never fails to impress with his personal warmth and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at North York Dental to anyone!

The staff is really professional and caring. They always call to remind me of an appointment. They always start their appointments on time, and I am never there for more then an hour!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shem-tov's for approximately 10 years and intend to remain one for years to come. Dr. Shem-tov is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and always happy to answer any questions/concerns. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. The dental hygenist, Lilan, is incredibly thorough and yet very gentle when she cleans your teeth. I have also recently started taking my young daughter -- the entire office is amazing with kids and ensures they are comfortable. The equipment is state of the art and the office maintains this warm, friendly feel while being absolutely spotless! They are also always on time. I highly recommend Dr. Shem-tov and his team.

Definitely a 5 star experience. I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. Shem-Tov's for over 10 years. His staff always greet me with a smile and appointments for me and my family are always on time. The office is clean and organized and has an exceptional view of the ravine. The hygienist, Lilin, is both thorough and gentle. As for Dr. Shem-Tov, he is patient, gentle, skilled and concerned with my overall comfort and oral health. Yes. A dental appointment can be this great!
