There doesn't seem to be a clear process in place regarding how to receive allergy shots, or protocol if the patient has a reaction to a shot. It's common for a patient to arrive for a scheduled doctor appointment or shot and the staff seems to have no idea they are coming. Dr. Schmidt doesn't really listen to what the patient says. I have high blood pressure, but he continues to write prescriptions for me which will make it go higher. Communication is extremely poor. They even changed the dosage level of my allergy shots (lowered it a lot) without telling me.
