I have gone to a few doctors within 150 miles in an 11 year span of my chronic ear infections, perforated eardrum, sinusitis, nose bleeds - you name it, everything! Although I just started seeing her in the past year, she has taken her time with me understanding my concerns and even went as far has doing lab tests that wasn't in her specialty to try and see if there is any other underlying medical conditions. She has also briefed me on the possibilities of surgery or therapy if our first few times of less invasive treatment isn't helpful, giving patients time to decide and consider the former. She doesn't jump the gun, which can sometimes save the patient money and further recovery. I've recommended my family to her and now they go to her.

Dr Richards is an expert physician! Under her care I have gone from virtually no control over my very severe allergies to almost complete control. I have gone from having reactions which were unpredictable to being able to avoid them. Lifestyle changes are always the most difficult therapy, and with her expert knowledge and compassionate care I was able to implement all needed changes. The office staff is extremely helpful and did everything they could do to help me at every step along the way. Almost any doctor can treat symptoms and give advice, but only a truly skilled doctor, like Dr Richards, can arm the patient with the vaccine of wisdom!

I had to have surgery to repair septum, widen sinuses and have a suspicious node removed from my neck. Dr. Richards did everything in one surgery saving me time, worry and money. She is so extremely gentle and smart! I had zero pain after surgery. She doesn't believe in packing the nose afterwards and uses soft gel packs. I have a low pain tolerance and I experienced no pain at all. She is the best. I took my son to her for an issue that she resolved with simple antibiotics. We had been to two doctors and nobody knew what was wrong. She examined him once and knew immediately. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Outstanding Dr..Great with kids, Awesome friendly office, I have told all of my friends about Dr. Richards. She in knowledgable & spends so much time with me & my family. She operated on my daughter & was there at all hours of the day & night for our family. There is no better doc on the Treasure Coast
