So impressed with her. Kind, attentive and knowledgeable. It's been a long time since I have had a Dr that actually listens. I wish she was my regular Dr. I'd forgotten that Dr's can be nice!

I love Doctor Bollano, she is very helpful and kind. She ALWAYS listens to my concerns and answers any questions as well. She also asked me question with one of my medical issue that she is unable to help me with, but since she has other patients that has the same issue she learns from my experience so she can pass the knowledge to her other patients. She is the best family doctor I have ever had!

Dr Bollano is a very caring and giving family doctor. She takes me back to the days when a family doctor meant just that. She knows about my whole family and she genuinly takes an interest. She calls to check on us when we are really sick and that means a lot. She looks after our family so well, and I am very thankful for her and her staff. You have to put into a relationship to get something back out of it, it doesnt matter whether it's family, your doctor, your local store - people are people and if you treat them with care and respect they treat you back that way. I read reviews that say things like "she spends too much time typing in the computer". Doctors don't like having to do this I'm sure, but who else is there to update this information for them? Remember too that it could stand you in good stead one day! My husband recently had a very serious problem . He was in intensive care for three days, and in the hospital for two weeks. Dr Bollano's comprehensive notes made it possible for the hospital to treat him quicker, more effeciently and in the right way. These notes might help you or your family one day so think on before posting comments that could come back to haunt. Overall Dr Bollano is a superb family doctor and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr Bollano I am sure she is a caring Dr however she spends far too much time typing in the computer , lack of eye contact. My daughter age 25 and 27 refuse to go to her and have found other Dr's. I will continue, as it is convenient. the staff are another story.. they are TERRIBLE and need Customer Care training

Dr Bollano is very easy to talk to, compassionate and caring., but I find she is always in a rush . The staff are not friendly a lot of the time.

Dr Bollano is a very friendly person who I believe genuinely wants to help people. I have had good experiences with her every time I have visited. Her staff could be better and have a pretty terrible attitude, but I find that to be common in a lot of doctors offices.

Dr. Bollano has always been amazing with my family. She remembered details from the first time we saw her, even after months had passed, without looking at notes. She also always asks about my family when I'm there on my own and she remembers their names and details. She has great manners and is always friendly, even though she is sometimes short on time.. Her staff is horrible and have on more than one occasion forgotten to send medical reports to other doctors or forgotten to tell us vital information. When I mentioned this to Dr. Bollano, she dealt with the situation immediately. Love this doc!

She is wonderful. The staff however are not very friendly in person. They are nicer on the phone.
