Great Doctor, unfortunately the office staff is horrible. No calls returned, screw up prescriptions, absolutely the worse, and pretty much incompetent. I overheard a conversation someone was having and asked where they were talking about because it all sounded too familiar. You guessed it. The office workers.

only office I've seen that has a black sliding window to separate patients from receptionist.
you stand outside of a black window and wait for the receptionist to slide the window and acknowledge your presence. office shuts down at noon for a half hour. no active phones either. rarely answer phone and you may wait all day for a return call if you are lucky. two times i was given an appt on the dr's day off.

Dr. Magsino is an excellent doctor he's very smart intelligent caring listen to everything you have to say quickly solve my conditions that many other doctors could not he's extremely accurate with medication the first medications that I received from him we're perfect I did not have to switch medications or anything is very happy smiling friendly and courteous and has an excellent personality and bedside manner I would give him 10 Stars if I could he's an outstanding doctor and the staff is very kind courteous and friendly

Dr. Magsino is such a wonderful caring person, as well as an excellent doctor. The staff could stand a little seminar on customer service, but they have a recent new receptionist who I hope they keep. I feel very comfortable leaving my health issues to him, and as my primary doctor he keeps up with what my other docs are doing. I go as least often as possible to a hospital I dont like just because that's where Dr. Magsino has privileges.

I have to say regretfully that the receptinist was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. My mother in law goes there too, and she said the same same!! Dr.Magniso is a good doctor, but there office staff needs some lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because of the rude office staff, I will be seeing another doctor.

BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO DR. MAGSINO TO GET OUR ANNUAL PHYSICALS DONE. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME SEEING HIM, AND IT WAS A PLEASURE! HE WAS PROMPT, ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, HE WAS KIND AND TOOK THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW US. THE STAFF WAS GREAT TOO! THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. AND THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO WAIT TIME! MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH RECEIVED COMPLETE PHYSICALS AND WE WERE DONE AND GONE IN A LITTLE MORE THAN AN HOUR. LOOKS LIKE WE FOUND OUR NEW FAMILY DOCTOR!
