I have been going to Dr Caswell for several years now. She is a very respectful, knowledgeable caring person. She listens to what I have to say and works with me to help resolve my issues. I would recommend her to anybody.

Dr Caswell is the absolute best physician with significant knowledge and attentive care. The staff are amazing as well. I have complex sleep disorders and it is wonderful to have a knowledgeable physician who helps me tackle them in a comprehensive manner. Highly recommended!

Dr Caswell might have saved my life. Of the many doctors I have seen in the recent years, she was the only one who noticed there might be an issue with my heart. According to my cardiologist, it took an experienced doctor to pick up the noise my heart was making. As most doctors do not do in-person appointments anymore due to Covid, this could have stayed hidden for years and not discovered until too late.

a very pleasant person who made copious notes and seemed to listen well but then completely ignored everything I said and knew would work for me, as if I don't know myself and understand what I needed.

Waited until 10:30 on my phone for a 10am appointment and hung up. If you are already backed up at 10am you are doing it wrong.

My dad has seen Dr. Caswell over 10 years now. Dr. Caswell is a very caring person with lots of patience. She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing. My dad feels very fortunate. I wish all the other doctors are like her, it adds a lot of comfort during the difficult time, esp. for the sick person and family.
