I came on here to look for the number to make a follow up and felt compelled to write a review after reading the negative reviews about Dr. Ende. I have always been seen without waiting long. The staff has always been polite to me. Dr. Ende always was professional and reacted quickly when I fainted in her office. She was very kind and made sure I was comfortable, lying down before giving me the shot. I never felt like she was in a rush or like anyone in the office was racist. The only negative I can say is that she didn't go out of her way to explain a suggested test, such as the EMG study so I would know what to expect, but I also didn't ask, because I heard details from a co-worker.

When I was grossly over-billed for an initial visit, my insurance company would pay only half, and billed me for the balance. Polite attempts to obtain an explanation of the bill were stonewalled by both Ende's office and Advocare; each insisted that the other was responsible. With no help from Ende's staff, I learned the identity of Advocare's Compliance Officer, who admitted that I had been over-billed by 100% and removed the "erroneous" charge. I subsequently spoke to Dr. Ende herself, hoping for an apology for her staff's behavior. It was not forthcoming.

Dr. Ende prescribed a very costly appliance, explaining that my insurance company would need to approve the purchase. The providing pharmacy confirmed that the insurance company needed a confirmation from the doctor. I call Ende's office several times over the ensuing weeks to find out if they had succeeded in obtaining the approval. I was told that several attempts had been made, but the wait time was too long. I called the insurance company myself, got through immediately, and was advised that they had receive no calls from Ende's office.

One of the most horrid, nasty people on this planet - her office staff was even worse. When I called them out about an insurance scam they were running with a vendor, they got VERY ugly with me.

I have been to the office 3 times now, and each time I have had to wait over an hour. They book several patients at the same time. When Dr Ende enters she always acts like she doesn't remember what my case is all about. Totally unprepared. They spread the paperwork all over the examining table and she never seems to be orgainized, unable to locate what she needs in the way of results. I have witnessed this each time I went to her. It is obvious that she doesn't prep for the patient before entering the room. At this point I have gotten no where with her. A diagnosis has not been established. SHe could only offer exploratory surgery. She sent me on a wild goose chase to try and get results from a doctor I had gone to prior to seeing her, instead of having her office call and request the results that way. Overall this office is rushed, they over book, are not organized and I am totally disappointed being the ratings for the most part were very good.

I will start with her secretary Linda. She has very bad phone manners. I have spoken to her the first two times to schedule an appointment for my daughter and she would say execuse me I didn't understand what you are saying. I do have an accent but when I confronted her the last time I called she said that she was close to a machine. Mind you that was her reason the first two times. I asked to speak to someone else and I spoke with dale who had no problem understanding me from the first time I explained what I needed. Linda is very rude, unfriendly and if I may say racist. On the other hand doctor Ende is not very warm in her dealing with patients. She gave my 15 year old daughter a cortisone injection in a rough way and without caring. Not very happy with rhem

Really caring and concerned. Took care of me and my husband the way an MD should be. No rush to be done. Great staff!!

Very professional and polite. Took time to answer my questions and describe the diagnosis, with drawings. No wait. Nurse is very nice and helpful.

Dr. Ende is the best! She was very sympathetic to my needs and quickly diagnosed my injury. She made me feel very comfortable and she instills a lot of confidence in her care. I waited on one occasion for more than I had hoped in her waiting room, but the other visits were prompt, so I couldnt give her a 5 in that area, but every other facet of my experience was impressive, including the Occupational therapist she uses.
