Dr Belles is the best ENT and we went to several to get my mother help. The wait is long but well worth it. Bring a book to the waiting room. Dr belles takes his time, treats patients with respect and listens to concerns . Helped my mother when no one else did. 100 stars!

What an absolute joke this reception staff is. I called on 9/14 to schedule an apt due to concern of vertigo and sinus issues. Was told the earliest apt was October 26th. I was getting married the first week of October and said that wouldn’t be ideal I wanted to see him sooner. I was told that was the earliest apt. I decided to stick with it. So I take a half day of work on 10/26 so I can make my apt. Only to my surprise I arrive and was told my apt was in September and when I asked why wasn’t I called/notified of an upcoming apt or missed apt they said they don’t do that. This is absolutely disgusting how you run your office and should be ashamed how you treat people. I know for a fact that the apt date they tried telling me I had in September was not my actual date as I was at an urgent care on 9/24 for my issue. Also I would have been jumping for joy at the fact I could see a specialist before my wedding to take care of any issues I’m having. 0/10 will NEVER recommend

The office and the doctor couldn't be more unprofessional! The average wait time is 3 hours. They could care less how long you sit in their waiting room. Totally RUDE!!

This is the best E.N.T. Doctor..I will not go anyplace else. Hes Proffessioal and hits the diagnoises on the head. If he looks tired as someone worded it..its probably because he works all the time..peoke keep him as there Dr cause he so good. Yet he still takes new patiants..because he cares. Thank you Dr. Belles! ...Sincerley Jackie 💕

I had a 6:30pm appointment my family suffered over-crowded waiting room until 11:00pm. Finally got examined by Belles, his eyes were half closed and he seemed EXTREMELY tired. Cauterizing my nostril he accidentally dragged the chemical burn wand across a heathy section of tissue. My nose hurt excruciatingly for weeks. On the follow-up visit (a 6 hour waiting room agony this second appointment) Dr Belles tried to treat the wrong nostril and kept insisting I wasn’t remembering which side needed treatment until after several minutes of my family debating this with him (he had a different patient’s chart with us in the room) he finally looked into my nose and agreed to the correct side. We did not return for a 3rd appointment. Dr Belles’ office is ageeeable to scheduling patients quickly if a problem, which would be great if the waiting room wait wasn’t unreasonably horrible AND if the doctor was competent instead of exhausted. By the way, Belles charged my insurance company $700 for 10 minutes of actual bad attention by him. My guess is the insurance money is why he agrees to cram way too many people into his waiting room for absurd amounts of time only to be seen an half-asleep doctor. A friend of my cousin went to Belles for a 5:00pm appointment didn’t get seen until almost 1:00am. Spare yourself, is my advice.

You can't reach this Dr in an emergency because he's always in surgery. His answering service doesn't give him messages His office staff, particularly his wife the ofc mgr never gets messages to him or they " freeze" you out. Dr Belles is a very talented surgeon but he lets his office run itself. He needs to be in charge. I waited for a surgery for 4 years until his wife got around to scheduling it. After 20 years. My son and I are done.
If you are looking for a Dr that returns emergency calls immediately and a professional office where they don't talk behind your back, even the doctor.
Go somewhere else. If you like abuse lost paperwork and billing screw ups. This is your place. Plan on waiting 4-5 hours in the office.

Office staff are downright rude-they make you feel like you don't matter -especially the receptionist who greets you and answers the phone. i wonder if the Dr. knows how they are to patients The Dr and nurse were very pleasant -quite the opposite of the rest of the staff
