Did not examine what he was supposed to examine, even though I told him he was doing the wrong body area. He then had to redo the exam for the body part that was in need of medical help.

Reed provides "Cost Containment" and subjective medical opinion for Work Comp Employers and Insurers. In my case, he used key language in an attempt to discredit my claims. He attempted to create a record to support his objective, which was to run me off and close my claim and prevent my injuries from being fully examined and properly treated. Reed made these comments within my medical records... On his first assessment he closes by thanking for the referral of this "extremely interesting case." He reviews surveilance tape and closes... tape does not indicate any difficulties. Next report states... Exhibits a lot of verbosity... has his own agenda... well beyond the classic 6-8 week soft tissue... phase. Final report: Medically stable. Full duty work release... No objectively ratable impairment. I was released and then learned how to obtain my own MRI's. In part the MRI's did provide... L4-5 L5-S1 disc protrusion, encroachment L5 and S1 nerve root. Reed is very bad news!
