Dr. Brian trafficante' is so caring and talks to you like you are a person. He really listens to your issues and gets right to your medical plan. Love him!

I have worked with Brian for several years and found him to be a reliable source of information and has analyzed my various ailments over the years with a breadth of knowledge and consideration. I have sustained several injuries and caught sicknesses over the years and I trust his judgement to find efficient, inexpensive, and at times, creative solutions. I would recommend Dr. Trafficante.

Great so far, he is very comforting and caring. I understand that schedules are hectic but he will take the time to find out what your concerns are and seems to genuinely care. I trust that he has my best interest and that I am not just a number. It is hard to find a physician that you can trust and that will go the extra mile for your well-being. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever had. Condescending with a very short attention span. Wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. After my visit I was so disappointed I looked up his qualifications. For those who don't know, the med school Guadalajara is where American students go who can't meet the qualifications to get into med school in the states.

Dr. Trafficante is the best doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. When I came in with depression and anxiety issues, instead of just handing me a Rx and sending me on my way, we talked at length about what could be causing my symptoms, how I can deal with stress at home and at work and the different medications I could try, siting the pros and cons of each. Instead of just popping in for 5 to 10 minutes like most doctors would, he actually sat down and chatted with me for at least 45 minutes! This is the only doctor I have seen that actually CARES about his patients. I would recommend him to ANYONE that is looking for a new doctor, even if you don't live in the downtown Portland area... he is definitely worth the commute!

I went to Dr. Trafficante for chronic fatigue and migraines. After a short routine exam, he wanted to put me on anti-depressants. He says that "some doctors" believe CFIDS and fibromyalgia are just symptoms of depression. From the other reviews, it sounds like he may be good with a simple diagnosis but when presented with symptoms that are more complex, he isn't willing to take the time and energy to work with the patient.

Dr. Trafficante has been my primary care physician for the past 7 or 8 years, and I really like him. He listens, he's funny, and he explains why and what he's doing. He encourages practical, non-prescription methods of treating an illness before getting out his prescription pad. I guess for some people this might not work but I appreciate it!
