Dr. Pachelli did my left shoulder replacement 2-1/2 weeks ago. I am already very pleased with the results, as I have almost complete use of the joint. The discomfort is mostly sensitivity of the tissue around the incision. The doctor and his staff have been helpful, efficient, and personable. I have had a number of surgeries with the doctors in this practice, and this experience is further evidence for me that they are the best.

This man thinks he knows it all. His primary concern is money. He mis diagnosed a problem I had. I had to go to another Dr. to have it repaired. He is downright nasty if you don't do what he says even when he is wrong. I would stay away from him!

Dr. Pachelli did a total replacement of my left shoulder a year ago. The shoulder is now terrific (I did work really hard at my physical therapy). Before the surgery I told Dr. Pachelli that I wanted a "nice" scar, and I wound up with one that is a fine, pencil-thin, barely-visible one. Dr.Pachelli is courteous, and answers all questions I put to him in a way that respects my intelligence. (I might add that my high opinion of him is shared by my primary care doctor, and by a personal friend who is a physician.)

Dr Pachelli performed my Rotator Cuff Surgery. It was my first surgery. The Doctor along with his staff were wonderful. I felt like I was the most important patient they had that day. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is antisipating this procedure.
