If I have an appointment scheduled at 10 am I'm told by the staff to call from home at 10 to see how his day is running. Very poorly run Medical Office, patients (coming to see him specifically) are regularly told to "bring a snack". This is a Neurology office the patients often experience bowel and bladder problems and are in wheel chairs, and it's not unusual to wait hours to see Dr. Jacobs. This goes against any and all acceptable Medical Professional conduct. I would not recommend Dr. Alan Jacobs, unfortunately he just doesn't have time for you.

I went in to get my test results and the doctor was unprepared. I waited an unacceptable amount of time to get into the exam room and then he wasn't ready. He does not appear to be concerned about his patients or their welfare. I would not recommend this doctor.

I have seen this doctor twice and have had to wait four (4) hours both time. The office staff is friendly and helpful, but the doctor consistently runs hours late. This was expressed by the others in the waiting room also.

I was the first appointment of the day and waited for over an hour for him to arrive. Out of date treatments and little expertise comes across.

he might be the rudist person alive. also, if you are in the hospital, he does rounds between midnight and two am! His office didn't have filing cabinates the last time i was there. all files were kept in huge stacks on the floor.

Wait at times is at least an hour or more in waiting room then about 10 in exam room. Needs better bedside manner, looks bored or tired most of the time.
