I've been going to Dr Murov for more than 20 years after he was recommended by a colleague. He's so friendly and always on time. Once I messaged him after cracking a tooth, and he got right back to me. He came in early to see me when I returned from my business trip, and he found a way to repair it where I didn't need a cap or crown.

This is Charles Murov, the dentist, responding to the review of 4-26. I went to the appointment book and could find no patient within 2 weeks of the visit that was late. It is possible that someone just decided to post a negative comment. It is interesting to note that he said I was rude because he was late ( which in itself is rude), but ironically gave the office a 1 for punctuality. Please note that all of my other reviews are stellar. Thanks.

This so called healthcare "professional" decided to humiliate me in front of staff and patients. Because I was late... He's the angriest, most arrogant dentist that I have ever met in 50 years. Not really a big deal, since there are fabulous human beings out there if you look. Id say RUN from this monster though.

I've been going to Dr. Murov for over 15 years. It's been so many years, I've lost count. I wouldn't consider another dentist. He is the best I've ever been to. He is personable, polite, compassionate, congenial and an expert in his practice of dentistry. Since I started seeing him, I no longer dread going to the dentist. He makes the experience a pleasure.

Our entire family goes to Dr. Murov (mother, father and two college kids). We never wait long, he is very congenial, and his work is great, from cleaning to fillings to crowns. Fantastic friendly staff too. Honestly, it feels like going to see a friend who just happens to be a dentist. Once, I cracked a tooth and he told me to swing by on the way to the train. I did, he took a quick look, then suggested a course of action and scheduled a "real" appointment. Five minutes, no charge, eased my worries. Oh, and it's easy walking distance to the NWP train station too.

I FOUND THE RECEPTIONIST TO BY VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T TAKE MY INSURANCE SHE DIDN'T JUST BRUSH MY OFF. SHE WAS PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL.I MAY JUST END UP PAY OUT OF POCKET.

I've been going to Dr. Murov for a number of years and he is the only dentist I'll see. I've recommended him to alot of friends and they love him too. He's a very good dentist and a wonderful person!!
