Originally pleased. Had two surgeries and all went well. Experienced severe sciatica 4 months post op and called for over a week (5 times) until I finally heard back. Dr. was quite rude when he returned my call. Done with this practice. I will be shopping for a new one if needed in the future.

Was seen as an urgent patient staff was kind and courteous Erin was fantastic Crystal was remarkable, and without Sandy getting me the Urgent appointment I don't know what I would have done. Doctor Antoniades was lovely, performed surgery in under 2 weeks and listened to me. I am forever grateful and thankful for his help. I was terrified of spine surgery and he promised that he would take care of me and make sure there would be as little pain as possible and he is definitely a man of his word. He is not only a skilled surgeon but he is a fantastic doctor, with an excellent bedside manner - full five stars thank you again.

Dr Antoniades recently performed an l3 - t1 fusion surgery on my neck. I met with Dr Antoniades several times before committing to the surgery. Each time, he was patient. Explained everything in extreme details, in easy to understand terms. He must have asked me 100 times if I had any other questions. When he said I'd be back on my feet the next day, I didn't believe him. He didn't lie! I felt FINE almost immediately. I could easily have returned to work in less than a week. And the craziest thing; my surgery was on a thursday afternoon. Before discharging me from the hospital on Friday, he gave me his cell phone number, so I could call him over the weekend, if I had any issues! Folks, this is the best doctor ever!

Bad experience surgery never worked disc that was "repaired" was herinated back to the same severity as it was at the beginning. I have never been right ever since that surgery not to mention that I was made to stand and get dressed after my surgery and I wasent even completely awake from the surgery. I feel that I should have never been put right back on my feet afterwards and I should have been kept at least overnight in the hospitial. I kept telling the Dr that something was wrong and all he kept telling me was that I shouldn't be in any pain. Well when he saw that my whole backside had turned black because of alot of bleeding under my skin all he said was that is strange. To this day I am in pain management receiving injections and pain meds. I have alot of scar tissue which is causing problems because it has grown on my nerves aswell as my severaly herinated disc. I think he should give me my $6000.00 back he did nothing for me and I feel that he didn't have any respect for my feelings or my well being.

WHEN I ORIGINALLY MADE MY APPOINTMENT, I READ SOME OF YOUR COMMENTS AND ALMOST MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I VISITED DR. A. TODAY, AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN MY SPINE; GAVE ME A LIST OF POSSIBLE RELIEF MEASURES, 90% OF WHICH I HAVE ENDURED. EXPLAINED BRIEFLY SURGERY PROCEDURE AND WHAT TO EXPECT AND THE FINAL DECISION IS MINE. I AM 95% LEANING TOWARD SURGERY TO GET RID OF MY PAIN. I WAS RAISED TO BELIEVE NOTHING THAT YOU HEAR AND ONLY HALF OF WHAT YOU SEE. I AM HAPPY THAT I DID JUST THAT. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH DR.A, HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS. Dr. A did a L4 & L5 fusion and decompression of L3,4,5 & S1 on 1/9/15. I am indebted to this man eternally for taking away the deliberating pain I was in. Very professional,extremely knowledgeable,On the very top of his game.Very straight forward, told me exactly what was wrong with me and said he could fix it if that's what I wanted. Did't say "He may be able to possibly relieve me of some of my pain" or anything vague like that. He told me he could fix it and he did.Also told me if he was unable to fix it he would have told me that.If You are looking for a spine surgeon who is honest,straightforward, extremely skilled ,and sincere about helping people,Do yourself a favor and have a sit down with Dr. Antoniades. I can not say enough good about this Doctor and his entire staff.Crystal and Erin were wonderful.Thank You.

I had several appt's with Dr. Antoniades about my back problem. I been having pain since 1989 when I fell from a tree about 35 feet and was in shock trauma for half a year. At that point they gave me my last rights thinking I was not going to make it, but I did. After many months of therapy and years, I was up and walking. My back was still having pain and my right leg. The first appt I had with Dr. Antoniades, he knew exactly what the problem was through my xray and cat scan. He was very short and right to the point. He asked if I had any questions several times, I had none. All the other doctors I went to wanted to do major surgery by removing my rods then having a MRI done to see what the problem is then having surgery again to fix the problem. Dr. Antoniades knew right off the bat what it was. I was scheduled for surgery on March 3rd.,2015 of this year and I am free of pain. After all these years of pain I have found a miracle worker. A doctor who I can and will recommend to anyone out there who has pain or in pain right now that wants relief from there back, please send Dr. Antoniades the miracle doctor I call him. He is the best. Give him a try. I am pain free. Thank you so much Dr. Antoniades I am getting my life back. I owe you. Believe me, he is good. Joe Sinsky

I took my husband to see this doctor on 02/11/2014. My husband had spinal fusion of L4 & L5 in 1994. He is currently in so much pain that he can barely move. The doctor did no physical exam except to see him walk and to look at his incision from 1994. Said he couldn't really see anything on the MRI because it was an open MRI and the screws in his back cast shadows. We had the MRI done the day before and there was no report done yet so I think without that he would not make a diagnosis. Gave him a prescription for steroids and painkillers. Also a list of options that we could do; physical therapy, steroid shots, surgery. Just let him know what we wanted to do???? We left with no diagnosis. There is a reason I do not go to local doctors. The next stop will be Johns Hopkins.

I have not been blessed to see this wonderful Doctor. I have been on a very painful 3 year journey. I wish to God, I was his patient. I watched one of his extensive you tube videos in reference to the spine. I have tears. It may not be appropriate to rate this wonderful Doctor, but with my difficult journey, I think I have enough experience, to spot, a Doctor, who not only has extensive knowledge, understands that each patient is different, and most of all, it clearly comes across, this Doctor, Dr. Spiro, truly, genuinely cares about his patience. Folks, if you are blessed to live in his area, don't suffer anymore, I would make an appointment with this Doctor. Bless him, he is rare. Trust me.
