she is great. leslie is great. the receptionist is awful. i arrived at 2;30 for a 3;00 appt. at 5;15 i was still waiting. i told the receptionist i was leaving and she said i was rude. they refused tocall in a refill on my bp meds and i ended up in the hospital. if you get sick and call the receptionist to come in she says "go to the emergency room"

I was not satifsfied with the treatment I received. Dr. Smith is friendly and knowledgeable, but she did not follow up with my condition as I would have liked. Also, I always had to wait at least an hour to see her. Regarding my menopause issues, she brushed off the symptoms and told me to grin and bear it.

We love Dr.Smith. She listens to everything you say and gives you feedback you can understand and treatment that works. She shoots from the hip and tells you the truth even if it isn't what you want to hear, it is most likely what you need to hear. While she doesn't do inpatient hospital treatment she will see to it you get to the right place and she follows up with you every step of the way. She calls you personally and treats you like a member of her family. She takes care of my whole family and we Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great doctor, and front desk receptionist/nurse. Always greeted with a smile. Dr Smith goes above and beyond in bedside manner. She is very concerned about her patients well being, and that really shows!

Great doctor but the office staff is terrible. The nurse made the comment that even though appts were made they were routinely 1-2 hours behind.
