Arrived 20 minutes early for my first appointment. Had to wait 45 mins until I walked back, after 3 people before me had rescheduled and left because of the long wait. My problem is pretty clear as is the treatment so there wasn't much to tell me. I was referred here by my doctor. Would not recommend to anybody who values their time

Dr. Knight is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've been going to her office for 10+ years. I've always been treated accurately, promptly and by her or her friendly staff. Also any time I could be given a free sample of any medication I was given them in spades! Just had an appointment today 1- 19- 2017

I'd like to know what type of dermatologist that knows you have allergies to fragrance gives you products to use WITH FRAGRANCE. I was a TEEN and now still having issues in my 30s! Took years for me to get my life back together as I went through face discoloration, an even worse breakout, and my skin turned worse and caused an allergy to water. I would rate zero but there's no such rating.

I think Dr. Knight is on strong meds. Her personality is terrible. They operate as if they are the only source of medical help in a village serving peasants.

I ran out of refills, and called to schedule and appointment so Dr. Knight would reissue me a prescription. That is very reasonable as I hadn't been to her office in roughly a year. After making the appointment, I asked for a single refill or short-term prescription to bridge me until the appointment. I was refused. I was pretty stunned that they treat patients this way.

Receptionist that initially greeted me was very unprofessional. She needs to be removed from her position and be put behind the scenes. Enough said!!!

Dr. Knight and her staff are very incompetent and unprofessional. Dr. Knight prescribed meds that made my condition worse and then her staff wanted me to pay an additional co-pay for a follow up visit I do not recommend Dr. Knight or her staff. 04-28-13

I went to the Medi-Spa (8/6/2012) with the exact same problem I've had several times in the past. Since I hadn't been for about 11 months, the person I saw called somebody she called a physician's assistant who very self-importantly told the person something about they couldn't do the procedure (photo-facial) because the problem on my face looked different. However, since pictures were never taken before and there is a different person every time I go, I didn't understand this. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the reason for this not doing the procedure is because they want to charge me another couple hundred dollars for the doctor to look at it. Anyway, no big deal since I just made another appointment with a different dermatology place. I just hated wasting the 45 minutes it takes to go there in the first place.

Doctor is somewhat removed from the patient. I thought she could have taken more time to listen to my issues/concers. Orders the staff around as if they were servants, not co-workers/associates. Had to reschedule one appointment because I was 10 minutes late - thing is, this doctor is always late! Not impressed - will seek another doctor elsewhere. The staff is professional.
