Dr. C Christenbury is a horrible doctor. He messed up my Lasix and told me that I needed an adjustment (that he messed up yet told me I had to pay). My eye has been mutilated and can't be fixed now because of his incompetence.

The comments regarding Dr. Mathys need to be separated from reviews for Dr. Christenbury. Dr. Christenbury is a horrible doctor. He is arrogant and dishonest. He absolutely ruined my eyesight and continued to perform surgical procedures back to back in an attempt to correct my vision. He used every excuse in the book rather than admitting he never had an accurate refractive reading prior to performing the ReStor procedure in both eyes. Please do your research. The doctor that performs the most procedures does not mean he is the best. It means he is more concerned with getting rich and having a waiting room full of patients than he is in giving quality care to his patients.

My appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor was going to be out of town so I had to wait another two weeks to be seen. I arrived to be told they were behind about an hour...needless to say I arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment and finally left the office at 6:18. I was there for a regular eye examine for my diabetes. If I lived in Charlotte close I might have went home by I live in Concord. I will never again go the last week of the year as they were more interested in Lasik patients than "normal appointments".

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WAITED 4 HOURS TO not BE INFORMED THAT THEY HAD NO IDEA WHEN THE DOCTOR WOULD SEE US...i WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF NOT BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT THE TIME THAT WENT BY IN THE WAITING ROOM AND THE STAFF KEPT SAYING YOUR NEXT ONE TO SEE THE DOCTOR BUT HOURS WENT BY. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. ALSO, THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MY 81 YEAR DAD.

I never met Dr christenbury ...Dr mathis and his staff were wonderful!! I now see without the aid
of glasses or contacts...I am so grateful!
