Does anybody know who to contact for the spa or where Dr Lindsey is now? My fiance'e purchased a massage for me from there for my birthday but now their office is closed? No call, notice or anything. As far as I'm concerned that's theft of his money. Help

Millington office closed. Don't bother with dr. Lindsey, was a patient there for over 15 years & saw her once. When I changed drs only got last 4 years of my medical records. Billing problems, long waits. Tammy Keough was the only good thing about that place.

This office was great till dr Lindsey decided to do changes losing good workers. I went in for my appt and found that the nurse practitioner was no long there. So I had to see Lindsey due to the fact I had not got any blood work results etc was beyond me but any way I proceed to wait for and hour in the exam room and when she arrives she is not prepared so after we talked about my results. She prepares a bag of sample meds but I dont receive my scripts so I tell her I will be back. When I get back she has sent all my scripts to a mail order company that is used my military when there is no pharmacy on base I have on on the base I live so I ask for scripts in had she tells her office work she will not fill out anymore scripts for me and I will have to deal with it. She is horrible because now I have a bill that is not in my budget because name brand is $13 a piece for some of my meds really lady. This why no one in this town wants to go to your clinic. Wish I knew where my NP moved too

Very unprofessional.Doesn't apologize for being late.Doesn't follow thru for referrals. Each appt.you have a different nurse. No bedside manner.I had appt on today and the office was closed due to inclement weather. No phone to cancel appt.I was so angry because I had taken off work for this appt.I am currently looking for a new physician

Hadn't been here in years, because I dread the long wait in the crowded, run-down, noisy waiting room. Dr. Lindsey does not see scheduled patients promptly, and provides no explanation or apology for it. Today, however, I needed urgent care and didn't want to drive all the way to the doctor I now use, so I went to Dr. Lindsey's walk-in clinic without an appointment, not realizing they don't offer the walk-in option anymore. (They have same-day appointments instead.) The front desk lady told me they'd get me in anyway. My wait was about 20-30 minutes, but that included completing new patient paperwork, since I hadn't been in in so long. There were only three other people in the waiting room, and one was called to the back right after I sat down. I was seen by NP Tammy Keogh, who was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. The whole building seemed very quiet with few people -- I wonder if Dr. Lindsey's business has dropped way off. I may return as a regular patient. Lobby still bad.
