Stay away from this clinic! Even though my copay is 20 for office visit they try and make me pay 30... even after they called my insuance company!! Tammy Keough is the ONLY thing good at this clinic! She knows what she is doing and is a very caring person. I REFUSE to see anyone else at this clinic.. In the meantime, I am also shopping for a doctor that I am comfy with and one that doesnt only see $$$! Dr Lindsey has been in trouble with insurance companies... Per CHannel 5 news about 2 years ago.. So BEWARE! If you must go, see Tammy, you will like her!

I was able to get all my needs taken care of in one place without being referred out to a bunch of different places like my old office used to do.

I used Dr Lindsey's services for approx 7 years. I finally became fed up with them always being late for their appointments. Even after I made it clear I was unhappy they were still constantly late for appointments. When I asked to see Dr Lindsey she was never available, when I asked for her E-mail address none of the staff knew it, When I filled out a formal complaint in writing I never received a reply. I am not sure Dr Lindsey even exists. I finally found another health care provider and paid Dr Lindseys office a fee of $25.00 for my health care records. I assumed that I was receiving all my healthcare records only to discover that my Berkley Heart test records were not included. I then thought I accquired these. Yesterday I received a letter informing me that I need to schedule an appointment to review this test. Apparently I still do not have all the health records which I purchased. When someone sells me something & doesn't deliver we know what that makes them. Practice is useles

I was a patient prior to 2004 and her big move to her new location. At that time things did appear somewhat chaotic due to the volume of patient's and services provided. After her move the staff and Dr. Lindsey changed for the worse. I have never experienced a more depressive invinroment. The staff seemed unexpressive and unhelpful. The NP's and Dr. Lindey herself were very unhepful and uncaring. I would not recoomend this practice for primary care or care of any kind.

I used to work as an NP in her clinic. She promised many things and never delivered. My orientation to the job was literally 10 minutes to the computer. I was then expected to see all the patients she had on her schedule that week. Being a new NP my organization was not great. She was never available for questions, avoided my emails and calls, thus delaying patient care. She had numerous tempertantrums with the staff and treated everyone very unprofessionally. The NPs I worked with tried very hard to care for their patients but many times were not allowed to because patients were shuffled between providers so you didn't get to see the same patient and develop a relationship with them. I found in my case, that once the patients let it be known they wanted to see me and no one else I was asked to leave. Some of my patients left as well. Don't blame the NPs. Blame Dr. Lindsey. She was never there to answer questions, help the NPs, nor cultivate her staff.

I went in with a severly pulled muscle in my lower back. When I couldn't get up on the xray table, I could hear the FNP tell the nurse tech that this would interfere with her diagnosis. Then when I couldn't get up on the exam table in the room, the FNP told me that she couldn't diagnose me. Never once did she ask me where the pain was, what happened, or anything else. When I told her I couldn't get up on the table she replied "Well, you got up outta that chair pretty good." Then when I said I couldn't do it she told me that she couldn't diagnose me so I left the room and on my way out she told my mother "well, she sure is walking pretty good now, isn't she?" This was the WORST medical care I have EVER recieved and I wouldn't reccomend my worst enemy to this dr.'s office! The FNP was horrible!!! She was rude and had a serious attitude with me!

The NP at the office saw me for an initial evaluation to exposure to a chemical at work. This was a workman's comp. claim, but we were given authorization to see a doctor of our choice for the initial screening. I chose to see my primary care. The initial eval was not great, and I was told I would receive referals to three specialists a CT. When 3 days went by with no appt. notification, my wife called the office to check on them and was told they were being made. The next week, after finding that two of these appts. had been scheduled, and missed, due to no contact from the referal clerk, my wife again called the office to speak with Dr.Lindsey. Dr.Lindsey did NOT return the phone call, and when we called the next day, she had a "representative" return the call and tell us that she would no longer see me for this "event." I am unable to begin seeing another primary care for 30 days, and am concerned there are some real problems that I am not receiveing treatment for.
