Don't go here if you have any other options! It's almost cheaper to go to the ER! I went here for the second time 11/03/17 to have my migraine prescription refilled. No counseling, nothing additional. Just a 3 month refill appointment. (First time cost me $92, but I thought higher cost was probably due to fact I was a new patient, full physical, etc.) When I left, they said my portion was $29.46 - no big deal - I paid it. Now I received a bill for an additional $105.12 AFTER insurance covered their part. Apparently, they charged $255 for an office visit to get 3 prescription refills and then expect me to cover $130 of it after insurance wouldn't cover the full ridiculous amount. When I called to complain, they even admitted they only charge people without insurance $82, but refused to lower my bill!!! What's the point of insurance if you charge less without it? THIS IS FRAUD! TWO IDENTICAL APPOINTMENTS SHOULD NOT COST 2 DIFFERENT PRICES! I should not be penalized for having insurance! WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS!

Dr. Floyd is very professional, prompt, and has a great personality. Pleasant, friendly, and engaging. His staff called with test results in a timely manner.

Made one visit to Dr. Floyd for a physical and to transfer records from last PC doctor. Squeezed my arm and moved it and determined: "Oh, you have a rotator cuff!" No x-ray, no MRI, just a quick diagnosis. While there he did blood work in order to re-evaluate my status since my last physical. Said they would call me back in 3 weeks with results. Staffer called back with results of 1 concern. I asked about the results for the condition I went there specifically to check. "We didn't send for any testing on that." I told her I went there MAINLY for this very issue. "Oh, Dr. Floyd must have forgot!" Are these people real?!! That was what the bulk of the consultation was about! Went to another doctor farther away, test indicated Rheumatoid Arthritis, NOT Rotator Cuff.

Head nurse Jennifer is unprofessional incompetent doesn't call back for 72 hours even when told urgent. I had three tests scoring out of range and I had to beg to get two of them ran. Now I'm going to another location and paying more money to have third test run! Dr. Floyd doesn't care why I left and isn't going to make changes with his staff. I know this because this was not my first complaint.
