He is addicted to helping in the moment, without it actually going anywhere.
Not aware of your financial situation - only his.

My mother was a patient of Ricks practice for years . My brother and I had concerns about my mother’s health / behaviour for at least three years . We did not ask for info due to doctor / patient confidentiality, however we gave information about our Mother. We suspected dementia and not once did they investigate with scans . We even had private consults . Mum ended up being diagnosed by the hospital after a fall with vascular dementia. The practice completely dropped her as a patient after the diagnosis and advised that the GP surgery was not for her. So long story short, broke this woman’s heart at a real time of need . I believe they were negligent as we’d been suggesting dementia , instead of a plan for dementia they just kept prescribing opiate pain killers

Rick Sapsford is without a doubt the most incredible person that you will ever have the chance of meeting in a lifetime. He is a superb doctor and one of the easiest people to talk to. He always manages to place each of his patients as his top priority and never fails to come through for them. If you are privelged enough to have Dr. Sapsford as your doctor, you have been truly blessed because you honestly could not wish for a more kind, genuine, reliable or truly incredible person to be your doctor. Very understanding and able to share a great repore with patients. Calming, able to connect with the patient and attending family member. Don't know where we would be if it wasn't for his knowledge, experience. He knows how to interact with patients different frames of mind.

One of the most caring people I have ever known..always there in an emergency with the most expert advice.I was in email contact with him to get me through a bad time.
