Born with a heart murmur and my own failings to maintain a health life style. * years ago I was diagnosed with Cardio Myopathy after being rushed to Vernon Jubilee Hospital. I was over 65 and overweight which put me on a don't help list. Dr. Baker went above and beyond to find a doctor in Victoria who would be willing to perform a needed pace maker surgery. It has been 8 years now and with the help of Dr. Baker, The Victoria Surgeon and all the pace maker clinic doctors I am blessed to have a new lease on life. I am deeply indebted to everyone who gave me this incredible gift and to the "Boston Pace Maker Company who designed my Pace Maker.
