Have been coming to this office for over 10 years and the ease of getting an appointment and the compassion from the doctor and one of her workers in specific is what keeps me coming to Dr Arastu. I can count on the staff and doctor Arastu being understanding of my children's needs and when I leave the office I feel very satisfied in the doctor's service. I 101% recommend this office, if there is a wait while you are there or while you are on the phone, then it must be because they are so busy with patient's visits and calls. Which is a good sign of a good Doctor that many want services from. If you don't have patience or you believe that only YOU matter, choose another doctor that will have to schedule you a month or more in advance for a sick visit or a physical your child needs for school asap.

We love dr. Vaseema!! Best doctor ever. She is patient, kind, always has a smile on her face. I changed my insurance just to be able to go to her office. She is so knowledgeable and she is the only doctor I entrust my four sons health care with. My boys love to see her. She explains my children's health care to me in easy to understand words. I would not take my sons anywhere else and I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone!

Dr. Vaseema Arastu has been my children's pediatrician for over 16 years and my experience with her as been wonderful every time. She is essentially , the only pediatrician my kids have ever known and I chose her after having been referred by others who entrusted their children in her care.
What a great doctor ! Very patient and compassionate and consistent in her care. A skilled physician with immense patience and compassion for both her patients and their parents. Dr. Vaseema is extremely thorough; tremendously knowledgeable; and has a nice balance of “bedside manners”. Not only does she make the kids feel important and comfortable but makes me feel good as a mom as she never dismisses any concerns and input of mine and is willing to double check anything I ask. She is very focused and gives us her undivided attention at each and every visit. We have never felt rushed in her care. Always smiling and in a good mood.

Her staff is professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Never had a problem getting an appointment (a blessing for working parents) and always available even on her days off. Dr. Vaseema and her staff always go above and beyond in caring for your loved ones. So lucky to have her as our physician !

Staff is very unprofessional and do not have the knowledge to work in a medical office I can only say that there's only one medical assistant that is very professional and knowledgable, but they are always overworking her... When you call to make an appointment they place you on hold for longer than 30 mins and then answer back like if they never talked to you before... Once you complain about the staff to doctor, the doctor doesn't believe it and starts treating you like you don't matter . Also doctor doesn't treat professionally or like if she doesn't care to people that have lower insurances. The doctor became very rude when I made a complaint about her staff to my insurance and she then told me that she wasn't going to see my daughter anymore and that I should look for another doctor because she doesn't believe anything that I say, specially when my child was sick she would look at me like if I was crazy and lying. As a first time parent I do not recommend this place at all because they get bothered when you call specially the doctor.

I've been going to this office because of the location, NOT so much because of the doctor but because of the kind receptionist there that helps with a smile on her face even though Dr clearly overworks her and always non-stop working. Once Dr there sees my daughters for 2 or 3 minutes she will usually have her staff take over. I'm a patient MYSELF with her husband and he's ok but too serious with his staff. FYI: I'm a lawyer at a corporate office.

Dr. Vaseema was my pediatrician as a child so when my husband and I had our four beautiful boys there was no question who would be there pediatrician. She is the sweetest doctors you will ever meet. She and her staff treat their patients like family; not just a name on a chart. My children love going to her office not many parents can say that. They experience pain free visits, dr. Vaseema and her staff explain everything, are knowledgable, gentle, and friendly. After the visit the boys even get a lollipop and lots of love. I thank God for Dr. Vaseema, she saved my sons life when he was 6 weeks old she had him admitted to the hospital for a viral infection that was causing high fever. I don't mind waiting in her office because I know she is worth EVERY minute because we get the very best care EVERY time!!! I recommend her to everyone I know. She and her staff are wonderful and me and my family appreciate ALL that they are doing for our family and the community they are truly life savers

Dr. Arastu is the doctor for all three of my children. She is the best doctor around! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and courteous. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is OK. I live quite far, but make the commute to see her because I don't know of any doctor better than her! I recommend her to everyone who wants the best doctor around for their kids.
