Didn't read my file prior to appointment time. Didn't know why I was seeing him or that he had prescribed me any medication. Although when I did need an emergency appointment he scheduled one with me right away. I have had to wait up to 45 minutes past my appointment time to get in, and then he's really rushed because he's behind with the patients.
